We had two great meals here, and wish such a great restaurant was in our neighborhood. The space is comfortable, the staff knows how to be there when you need them and not when you don't. But the real star is the food! Our first meal we tried the Scallops and the Mussels. Because their menus change weekly, neither of these are likely to be on the menu now. But both were truly incredible, creative, and perfectly prepared. Our second meal we tried the savory Galette and Lamb Meatballs. Again, both were incredible. Sadly, we had to hop on the plane and head back home so we can't keep going there. But if we could, boy would we!!!

Had a lovely dinner here. Their menu is seasonal and delicious. We loved everything that we had except the cauliflower special. Great, cozy local spot. If the weather is nice request the patio out back.

Their mushrooms are our new favorite!! First time there. Only rating it 4 of 5 because I want to leave space for them to have room for themselves. Great service, and great food. Truly I am excited to, go back, see what other flavors that can make dance on my tongue Γ°ΕΈΛœβ€ΊΓ°ΕΈΛœΕ’Γ°ΕΈΛœβ€Ή

I really like this cozy neighborhood restaurant. They do a great job with seasonal food & menus. They also partner with many local food producers which to me is plus. The only negative comment I have is how loud it is in there. It's very difficult to have a quiet conversation with someone.

Favorite restaurant in Denver. Took my parents here for dinner tonight and they were floored. Entrees were almost too pretty to eat. If it was socially acceptable to lick my plate in public I would.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice. Low light, lots of interesting texture, an eclectic mix of tables and chairs and weathered wood. The service was also friendly and professional. This would be a great date spot. On a Friday night, the crowd was lively, but it was still fairly easy to have a conversation. You can't make reservations here, but we had no trouble getting a table around 6:30. Where we were disappointed was in our food choice. The chicken, while a nice presentation, had a flavor that didn't suit us. It was an ample portion, though - and I think our disastisfaction with it had more to do with preference than quality. It seemed prepared well. It's just one of the only items on the menu that fits my particular dietary restrictions, so we probably won't return.

We absolutely LOVE Potager. It's a wonderful 5 star restaurant, tucked away in Capital Hill. The menu is short, full of absolutely wonderful, delicious, thought provoking, soul searching, food. You will leave the restaurant with a lighter wallet. The ambiance is wonderful, relaxing, intimate, casual, friendly, whatever you need it to be. The menu is seasonal, with produce and proteins from local farms. The service is top notch. Parking is on the street, and don't park in the lot that runs directly next to the building, as that lot is for the apartment building next door, and you will be towed. They have a wonderful covered back patio, but it's really a quaint garden. Desserts are wonderful as well. With exposed brick and regular walls in the interior, a small yet comfortable bar with seating, and individual tables too, Potager has it all. Dishes are the right size to share, so get 2 or 3, and dessert as well. You can't go wrong, when you go to Potager.

Wow, what an incredible experience. Everything about this place was perfect. I live nearby and decided to walk in based on the reviews. Our party of three was seated immediately, but the place was surprisingly full for Sunday. Our server David was clearly busy but was extremely attentive and treated us like we were the only table there. He also knew every inch of the menu like the back of his hand; impressive, considering the seasonal rotating options.I ordered the monkfish which was some of the best seafood I've ever had, even outside of Colorado. The taste and texture of every part of it was perfect. The farm to table ingredients shine in their food.Cocktails were good but you'd probably be better off asking for a wine pairing with their menu. TL;DR: It's more expensive than you'll spend in a chain, sure. But the service and food that they offer is far beyond the value you'll see almost everywhere else. Also, ask for David.

The Halibut was great, not overdone. The Gargouilou (?) was fantastic! The gnocchi was tasteless and whatever unmemorable pasta my husband had wasn't the quality you'd expect. They were out of the muscles and the pork . Hopefully their summer menu will be better!

The wine list is top notch and second to none in the area. The souffle was melt in your mouth good. The radicchio based salad was unique in the flavors brought forth and something to be had again if it is on the menu. The roasted chicken really had it all. So much, you needed an extra slice of bread just to wipe the leftover sauce from your plate without being rude. The staff are wonderful in taking care of you while you're enjoying your meal. A hidden gem in the 'hood worth driving for.

This place was a great experience. The service and atmosphere was spectacular. I do wish there were a greater variety of options being someone that has a few dietary restrictions but one can only ask so much when going out to eat with that! Farm to table food and amazing flavors. 10/10 will return

We had a delicious dinner. We arrived at 5:45pm on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. One advantage of being early at a restaurant that has great seasonal food specials is that they were all still available. The special salad was delicious as was the gargouillou (a plate of the freshest local vegetables). Service was relaxed, friendly and good. It's a really good neighborhood restaurant.

Such a lovely local spot for dinner and wine-I love trying pretty much everything seasonal they offer and the farms they highlight. Great open space with cozy decor.

After several dinners here, I have to say that this restaurant really excels at everything in a down-to-earth, genuine way. Amazing food, great wines, and excellent service without the pretension or hype of other restaurants of a similar quality. Always a delight, and a great place to have in the neighborhood!

Potager has always been a near (literally) and dear place to me. ItÒ€ℒs one of the best restaurants in Denver. And its longevity crowns itself among all the upstarts as the standard others should hope to achieve. It was farm to table before that was a trend. Every fall warrants many visits from me as that is when the menu becomes alive during harvest season. But always one to find new inventions, Tuesday burger nights are now among my favorite. These special burgers are unique every week and paired with a beer. This is simply not to be missed!

Best meal in Denver this trip. WeÒ€ℒll be back. The pan roasted pork is to die for. Dined on the patio. Enjoyed the kitchen banter. Cant wait for dessert.

Questions & Answers

The menu changes frequently, so I don't think there is a guarantee. However, if you mention that a member of your party can't have gluten, the staff is knowledgeable enough to make accommodations.
